The Menu Assignment tab allows you to control exactly where your module appears on your LiveWeb site. Rather than showing a module on every page, you can target specific menu items — giving you precise control over the layout and content visibility.

Accessing Menu Assignment

To assign a module to specific pages:

  1. Log in to your LiveWeb admin panel.
  2. Go to Content > Modules.
  3. Click on the module you want to edit.
  4. Click the Menu Assignment tab at the top of the module settings.

Menu Assignment Options

Under the Menu Assignment tab, you'll find a dropdown labeled Module Assignment with the following options:

  • On all pages - The module will appear on every page of your site, regardless of the menu item selected.
  • No pages - The module will not display anywhere—useful for keeping the module published but hidden.
  • Only on the pages selected - This is the most common option. It allows you to choose specific menu items where the module should appear.
  • On all pages except those selected - Use this to show the module everywhere except on the pages you select.

Selecting Pages

When "Only on the pages selected" or "On all pages except those selected" is chosen:

  • A list of your site’s menu items will appear.
  • Simply check the boxes next to the pages where you want the module to appear (or not appear).
  • Menu items can be nested by section or menu type for easier browsing.
