Clearing your browser cache makes sure you see the latest updates to your website properly. It can be helpful to do this from time to time to make sure you are seeing the latest version of your website or in the case of a new feature being added to your website by the LiveBuzz team.
Why do I need to clear my browser cache (hard refresh)?
When you revisit a website, it often loads faster than the first time. That’s because your browser saves a copy of the site on your computer — this is called cache.
A hard refresh clears the cache for the page you’re on, forcing your browser to load the newest version. This ensures you see the latest updates, such as new scripts, styles, or features.
Clicking the normal “Refresh” button is not a hard refresh.

Clear Site Cache
After updating content in the website admin, you may also need to clear the website cache to ensure the changes appear on the site.
- Log into the Website Administrator
- Go to the
Home Dashboard - At the top of the page, click
Refresh Saved Content
Hard refresh the front end of your site to confirm the updates are visible.
Sliders also have caching for performance, if you can't see your changes for sliders, first select Components > Smart Slider 3 > Settings > Clear Cache and then returning to the Home Dashboard and click Refresh Saved Content, this will ensure your changes will be updated too.
