Changing your LiveControl password

Once logged in to LiveControl - Click on your name in the top right hand corner. Then select Account Settings

Under 'Login configuration' tick the box 'Change password':

Enter and confirm your new password, or use the 'Generate random password' button.

You will need to enter your current password in the yellow box at the bottom to save changes.

You should remain logged in after the change and will need to use your new password next time you log in.
